AccuReserve was founded by two former owners / operators of HOA Management companies with over 30 years of combined experience in the space. While in those roles, they were both faced with the constant challenge of margin pressure on core services and seeking ways to bolster revenue and net margin through ancillary products and services. And we came to the realization that the common area elements we managed for associations (and their replacement over time), represented possibly the single greatest opportunity to increase net income. As a result, AccuReserve was born as a platform to allow HOA Management companies to monetize the replacement of reserve replacement items by efficiently managing the process from end-to-end while capturing significant high-margin fees for doing so.
